Create new Landing Page since changing to Generate Press

Just changed from the Frontech theme to Generate Press Premium. My Landing page was previously with a slider and other blocks and i expect to recreate all these, HOWEVER now my Landing Page is filled with my blog posts even though I have them categorised under separate tabs in the navigation menu. How can I create a new Landing Page and remove the current? Please, I am not code savvy. Thanks for your help
