Create Menu Items Not Assigned to a Page

Using your site as an example, https://generatepress.com/, if you click on one of the drop-down menu items (eg. HELP), clicking "HELP" doesn't link you to any page... but only displays the drop-down items that are linked to their pages.
How to you create the HELP so its not linked to anything? My "parent" menu item is confusing because it is linked to a page.

in the Menu builder, for your Parent Menu item add a Custom Link with a URL of # and then add your submenu items below that.
