Yes I have the events plugin by modern tribe and wondered if I could style their events differently instead of using their plugin templates.

I just tried to make an element type 'article' then selected 'post with term' but then in taxonomy I can see 'tribe_events_cat' then do I enter the event category I want to template or will it work with a blank and apply all events?

You can leave the option in red box as it is.

For location (blue box), choose the CPT archive that you want this content template to be presented.
