create full width container without element

Hi there,
Is it possible to create a full width container without using element? I tried creating an element for my page but because I am using a negative margin below it, it will create a gap between the elements. Hence, I thought maybe creating an element with full with might be able to solve the problem?

Not exactly sure if I understand.
In order to have full width content, you will need to set the content container option in GP to full width:
