[Resolved] Create “flipbox” or “overlay” effect in container blocks

Hello how are you?

Is there any instruction so I can create this “flipbox” or “overlay” effect in container blocks?

There are plugins that do this, but they create the boxes. And I want to do this in the container itself that has an image and when the person hovers the mouse, other information will appear.

I want to create this effect in the container itself, which has a background image.
