Create "flipbox" or "overlay" effect in container blocks

Hello how are you?
Is there any instruction so I can create this "flipbox" or "overlay" effect in container blocks?
What I want to do is as it is in this gif https://gutenberghub.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Screen-Recording-2020-01-18-at-01.38-PM.gif
There are plugins that do this, but they create the boxes. And I want to do this in the container itself that has an image and when the person hovers the mouse, other information will appear.

Here (https://gutenberghub.com/how-to-create-flip-cards-in-gutenberg-without-any-plugin/), they even teach you how to create the effect, but once again it has to do with groups and columns.
