Create a different sub-site design

Good morning.
I just upgraded to premium GP and I'm new to this.
1) I'd like to know if in GP premium you can design a set of pages (mini site) that have a completely different look&feel than the main site (colors, layout, menus, sidebars, etc...)
2) Additionally, I would like to know if GP premium allows to define a menu that only appears in mobile devices

Hi there,
1. Simplest method would to be to create a separate site on a subdomain or subfolder. Otherwise this would require a lot of custom development.
2. You can use the Off Canvas Panel for Mobile only, this has its own menu location:
