I don’t see the Element created in Appearance > Elements. Can you recreate it?
Take note though that you need to use the Gutenberg Block Editor to use the Block Element feature of GP Premium. The GB Query Loop can also only be added through the Block Editor.
Yes, I’m using GB Pro, but that should also be available in the GB Free version.

Thank youDecember 26, 2022 at 1:55 am #2473449Fernando Customer Support
I see. Can I open it? You’re currently on that page in edit mode so I can’t view it.
Let us know once it’s okay to view it.

I see. I think what you were using previously was the Query Loop from WordPress.
You would need to first install the free GenerateBlocks Plugin, and use the GenerateBlocks Query Loop Block instead. You should be able to follow the screen recording I previously shared easier this time.

I see. Can you set the “Featured Home” to the Block Editor? I’ll try to create a Query Loop to test.

It is set Fernando, you can create your test 🙂

Upon testing, it seems to be working from my end: https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uyAwK7
I’m also seeing the said “missing” Query loop layout options as shown in the screen recording.
Can you try adding it again? Try following the new screen recording.

Thank you Fernando.
I could do it under Edge but not under Chrome …. don’t know why !
But the result is a real mess ! Take a look at the home page (private link)December 27, 2022 at 1:11 am #2474455Fernando Customer Support
Can you try changing the hook to
before_main_content. If it looks weird still, tryafter_header.As for the Browser, can you try clearing the cache of your Chrome Browser?

YEs ! It works ! but I still don’t have the title “Portraits à la une” …
December 27, 2022 at 1:25 am #2474467Fernando Customer Support
You can add a GB Headline Block for that.
If you leave the Block Element’s edit mode, I can make a screen recording for you to follow.
Let me know if that will help.
