Create a better navbar

Hi, im using the theme "Generatepress Dispatch" on my site https://xn--entreprenren-djb.nu/. To improve my navigation/navbar on the site, I would like to have a similar navbar as this site: Ekonomifokus.se or Cnet.com have.
So basicly when you hover on a menu item a box shows up with other menu items that are in the same category. Is this possible to do on this theme? Or can I add an plugin for this?
