Hi,
I used cover photo for this page (https://expressopsi.com.br), but it barely shows up, almost all the time there’s only the layered color showing. What’s happening?
Thank you.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Have you figured this out?
I’m seeing the photo no problem:
https://www.screencast.com/t/sHIJAKNlxtPlease make sure to clear and disable the caching plugin if you need further help on this:

Hi Leo,
I deactivated cache plugin now.Look, on Firefox the photo shows up, but in Safari and Chrome (desktop or iOS), not.
Look at screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7myft2yvsfqe9kv/Screen%20Shot%202020-02-01%20at%2019.28.14.png
Maybe a plugin incompatibility issue?

StaffCustomer SupportMy screenshot was actually using Chrome so it definitely worked there.
Can you try browser incognito mode to eliminate any extension conflicts?
If not then try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to test.

Hi,
Yes I have disabled all the plugins except GPPremium. Then the photo shows up in every desktop browser, but doesnt’t show up in mobile browsers! (iPhone and iPad – Safari, Firefox and Chrome)…
It is strange, because earlier today the photo was showing up everywhere, even with all the plugins enabled.
I have enabled all the plugins again and the photo desapeared everywhere.I disabled them again and the photo is there for desktop but not for mobile.
I turned all the plugins again to upload a photo I had prepared ovarlaying the desired color to put in the home itself, and removed the background overlay dimmed color – and now look at the home in your mobile: there’s a black background. The photo isn’t loading in mobile at all.
I turned off the plugins again and it shows up.
Well I came enabling step by step the plugins I most need, and the situation is still the same.
I’ll leave the other ones disabled until you look at it. Then I will have to enable all the plugins as soon as possible. Please look at this page: https://expressopsi.com.br/miriamferrari/contato-inicial-clone/ – this one has the color overlay by wordpress.
Thank you.

Hi Leo,
It’s showing up to me too now. 🤔 cover photo is a little bit tricky, isn’t it?February 5, 2020 at 4:18 pm #1156038Leo
StaffCustomer SupportShouldn’t be. Maybe some sort of caching issue.
Let us know if it happens again 🙂
