    Hi GeneratePress. Loving all you do.
    This is not a specific question, more a suggestion.
    You provide amazing support. That is one of the reasons you have so many raving fans.
    But sometimes the support form answers are not very clear.
    Many of your answers ‘grow organically’ while you are helping people. There is a lot of backwards and forwards involved. For someone reading it later, it sometimes becomes a case of joining the dots to work out what the answer was. I read a support thread today and the answer referred to a link that had been mentioned earlier in the conversation. But there were many links in that conversation. It was not clear which one you were referring to.
    It would be really helpful if the final entry in any support thread summarised the complete answer.
    Everyone who asks the same (or similar) question just wants to know at a glance what the answer is. The easier you make it for your customers to find the answers, the fewer questions they will have to ask you.

    Hi Simon,

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    I’d say that most of our support topics are pretty straight forward.

    The ones with the back and forth are probably a bit difficult and too time consuming to summarize unfortunately.

    If you ever have any doubts about a topic and don’t want to read through the entire thread, feel free to open a new topic and reference back to the one you were looking at and we are happy to sort it out for ou this way 🙂
