[Support request] Could you please check why I'm getting low speed score

I decided to use generatepress due to many reviews online about the speed.

However, it is the opposite in my case as I’m getting low page speed test on GTmetrix and Google Page

Hi there,

Pingdom is saying you have over 100 HTTP requests, which is a major issue. That’s what I would tackle first using a plugin like Autoptimize (or any kind of caching/minifying plugin).

Getting that number down to at least half that will make a big difference.

Then I would make sure you’re not loading too many external scripts (Google ads, bestfbstatus etc..).

If you run the site through Pingdom it will show you exactly which scripts are causing the issues.

I tested with wp rocket but significant changes. Then I used Litespeed, this was better that wprocket.

I will try to autooptimize and update this thread.
