Could you guys please assist me with this box

Hi guys,
I've been trying to add this swap box featured here https://raydium.io/swap/ , to my own website at https://cryptorepublictoken.com/swap
I am just after the swap box, and the wallet feature that they have on the top right corner.
I tried pasting in some of the html from their source code, without much luck, wondering if you could please assist? I am sure it is possible to do so. thank you very much
I found all this info here in this link below, but I haven't used Javascript in a while, and wasn't sure exactly where everything went.

I am afraid that is out of our scope, it looks more complex then a simple cut and paste action and would require custom development.
