When I click on “costumize” I only have access to “widget”…
How can I fix this?
I already uninstalled and installed the theme/plug-in again but it didn’t work.
I still have the same problem.

first thing to check is for a plugin conflict, by disabling ALL plugins.
If the issue persists, leave the plugins disabled and then switch to a core TwentyNineteen theme.
If the customizer is still a problem then its generally the a server setup issue.
Go to Tools > Site Health, first check there are no errors, then go to Info > Server and share the settings in your next reply.

Sorry you feel that way.
The steps i provided above were a debugging process.
The above issue generally arise where the server is timing out. Increasing server stats or disabling high overhead plugins fixes that.
