Any suggestions for these unique pages, one with many videos

maybe this plugin will help - it will stop YouTube from loading its scripts until the video is clicked:
So the plugin definitely helped. Please review again and let me know if you have any other suggestions (Core Web Vitals) for these 2 pages

One suggestion would be to add some text content before the first video - so as to push the first video image below the fold on mobile ( ie. its not in view when the site first loads ) - this should improve your LCP.

Where we added the skip-lazy class to the <img>
You need to apply that to any page that has the same layout.
