Copyright option missing completely

When I hit Customize site these are the options I get
Set Front Page
Site Identity
Layout
Colors
Typography
Menus
and Widgets
I am missing a few options, Background Images, Copyright, and simple CSS (Which I get why Simple CSS is missing)
Why are these not showing up in a brand new site I am building using BB Standard, Ulti-BB Add ons, GP Premium on the GP theme
Any help would be great.

Sorry, I figured it out on my own.
I must go to Appearance,
Then Generate Press
then click the ones I want and hit activate, and apply.
