Copy site settings

Hi
My dev is working on a staging site. Now, I want to switch my theme to GP. What's the best way to copy settings from staging to live? Thanks

Staging Sites generally have the option to 'push' its changes to the Live Site.

You could try a plugin like this:

I think these settings are in the customizer, I was hoping you might have done import/export functionality in your plugin.
