[Resolved] Copy Post to use for a baseline of other posts

Hello,
I have section of my website that is reviews. I’ve opted not to use a review plug in for several reasons.

Is there a way I can copy the original post and use it as a baseline for other posts?
For example there is a section for food label where I list all food labels it is much quicker to delete the labels that aren’t on the food than add al the ones that are. Plus each areas heading would stay the same.

I didn’t see an easy way to do this.
