I am moving away from WPSPP. I loved the design it gave me, and want to replicate the meta design into Query Loop, but don’t know how. I am able to use Headline and dynamic text for Title, author, date, and excerpt on separate lines. How do I make them show as one line, along with Category? I don’t see category in the Dynamic options.

    Thanks for your help,

    Michelle

    Hi Michelle,

To put the Headline Blocks in one line, you can set these Blocks to inline-width in their spacing settings.

Then to retrieve the categories in your dynamic Headline Block, you’ll need to set the content-source to list of terms as such: https://share.getcloudapp.com/kpu8elZK

    Hope this clarifies!

What if I wanted a separator between author name and post date?

    Hi Kar,

You can set the author name and post date to inline width, then you can add another headline block in between as the separator.
