Copy and pasted blocks from staging to live site but there is a difference

I've created a staging copy of this live site as I'm converting the site to a GB site.
I copied the blocks from the staging site to the live site but as you will see in the video there is a difference between the both and I'm not sure why?
Pls note the username and password for the staging site in the url. I could not find anywhere else to put that info to keep it from the public.

Seems the home page on new site is set to full width, so this CSS kicked in:

Make sure the two pages have the same settings for the container width.
