Copia de seguridad del sitio web antes de actualizar un plugin y actualizarlo en

Hi,

plugin ELEMENTOR needs to be updates on my site for 3.2.1 but it ask me to make security copy before and after try to update it in TEST ENVIRONMENT.

Also the message has displayed if another plugin - Essential Addons for Elementor 3.1.4 - is compatible?

Could you please check how should I do it or can you do it for me?
