Cookie Notice still apears although plugin was deleted

Hey! :)

I already created a ticket but I can't find it anymore so I open another one.

I set up and activated the Borelabs Cookie Plugin a few days ago. It's the white box that blocks the content.
Before I activated the Borelabs Cookie I had another Cookie Notice Plugin "Cookie Notice for GDPR & CCPA" active. But I deactivated and deleted it when I activated Borelabs.

Here is the issue: the Cookie Notice from the old plugin still shows up (black box at the bottom on desktop and black box at the top on mobile). I cleared the cache multiple times but the box is still there. My guess is that not all of the plugin data was deleted. I looked for any remeaning data with my FTP client but couldn't find any. Can you maybe help me? Would be greatly appreciated!
