Convert to regular blocks not working in WP 5.7

I have a live site where convert to regular blocks is not working. I am aware of the issue where old blocks need to be recreated. My live site is on WP 5.7 and I have a dup of this site on a staging server running 5.6.2. The staging server "convert to regular blocks" was working on a brand new test reusable block that I created. I updated the staging server to WordPress 5.7 and "convert to regular blocks" was gone.
Anything I can do at this point for my live site? Downgrade back to 5.6.2?

Those are features from core WordPress so there isn't anything we can fix in the theme.

That could be a solution for now. I would recommend checking with WordPress' support team to see if they can offer any insight on this.
I figured that was the resolution for now, didn't know if the GP geniuses had any other workarounds yet. Thanks Leo!
