Content Title disabled but still showing

I'm new to GP and trying to figure some things out. I have disabled Page Content Title yet it's still showing on my page. What am I missing to get it to not show?
Bonus: I have another page that the Page Content Title is disabled and is grayed out that I can't enable it!
Hi John,
One of your Elements may be generating a custom page title that overrides the default.
Here's a demo video checking for Elements that adds a page title and hiding it.

You can use Display Rules to exclude it from any specific page, or Draft it completely and style(or disable) the default page title.
Bonus: I have another page that the Page Content Title is disabled and is grayed out that I can't enable it!
You may have a Layout element that disables the Content Title.
