How do I move the content and sidebar down a bit, it's too close to the header on the entire site?

How do I put more space between the content and the sidebar, they are too close as well?

Hi there,

1. More space between Header and content/sidebar - go to Customizer > Layout > Container and increase the Top Padding.

2. In the same customizer settings increase Separating Space.
