Content padding is not working

can you share a link to the site and explain where you need to change the padding.

That screenshot doesn't really help.

There is the Theme padding that is set in the Customizer > Layout > Container.
Is that what you need ?

And whats the issue with sharing the link? You can use the private information field if you don't want it to be public and only the GP Support Admins can see it.
