Content layout shift caused by Element?

I'm trying to make Google happy. I have two headings on the homepage hero that I attempted to center on the attorney's back. Is there a better way to do this that won't cause a layout shift when the page loads? You need to use a US proxy to access the site. Thanks, Frank Is there a way to change or add an email to our account so the response comesto me?
