Content Disappeared in Some Browser ( Random Issue )

Hi team,

I have a strange problem and it happens randomly. So far 2 users have reported this. When they open a certain URL in their browser, the content does not appear. Only comment boxes appear. Like http://prntscr.com/s67rzj and http://prntscr.com/s67sfq.

One uses the default mobile browser. Another user uses Google Chrome. Where do you think the problem is ?

I am having a hard time explaining to the user. Because coincidentally the problematic article is the their article. I have included the article's link in the website url.
