Content boxes for internal links

When adding an internal link at bottom of a post I used to get a nice content box with the featured image and an excerpt like this one: https://ibb.co/tQjNwV3
I still get those in Firefox but not in Chrome anymore with some sites.
Is this a WP or GP feature?
