[Support request] Content area loading delay

Hello,

I am using masonry (first post featured rest in 2 columns) and my homepage shows content-area only when all the images in it are fully loaded. That means some times 3-10 sec delay till the posts are visible, showing only empty area. In the previous versions at least the css and text were loaded and images started to appear. Is it a bug or a new feature? How to revert it to that state?

Sadly, I can’t right now.
It happens only when ‘Display posts in masonry grid’ is checked. It’s happening on every installations and on every browser. It’s especially visible if featured images are GIFs and therefore loading long. The homepage content won’t display only until all the images have been loaded.

We haven’t had this reported by anyone else or on my install so unfortunately I can’t tell what the issues is without seeing it.

Are you able to duplicate it on a live staging server?
