Containers For Pages

How do I create separate containers on Pages similar to how it is done on the Posts page?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Originally, I tried to create another "posts" page because that would have easily met my objective. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. Is that true?

Also, do you have any recommendations for a good CSS beginners tutorial? I know I'll never be a guru, but I would like to at least know the basics.

Hard to do that when dealing with static content on pages. The above method is probably better for that.

Codecademy has a good beginners CSS course for free :)
