Container Padding

I can easily control the padding between the header and content at Customizing ▸ Layout
Container
I am attempting to make a simple static home page with gutenberg blocks, and do not know how to control the padding on only that page (remove all padding so that the cover block image goes all the way to the header) — without it affecting single pages/post, or archives?
Would appreciate your input.
Thanks

Hi there,
you can set the Page Builder Container to Full Width:

The image at the top of the page https://reliefbydesign.com/ is in a cover/image gutenberg block. Is there a way to move the image up to the header that includes the navigation?
At last I saw it!
You should be able to use the header element to achieve that:
