I work for a company and I don't have access to the Generateblocks.com logins right now. Can't you give me an answer here?

I don't know what the issue is off the top of my head and can't recall other reports on this so we will likely need to go through some debugging steps.

Can you please obtain that access so we can handle the pro support through the proper channel?

We've been noticing a lot of illegal resellers that are selling GB pro so we will need to verify the license key before providing pro support.
