[Support request] contact from 7 not working

I have added contact form 7 to my contact page using block editor however it’s not appearing on the front end, it only displays the line of code for the form.

Hi there,

make sure the double quotes in the shortcode are straight quotes eg. " as sloped or curly ones will break a shortcode.

Hey David, can confirm the double quotes are straight quotes.

It’s odd because on another page of mine I have added the contact form 7 using block editor and it appears fine on the front end.

I’ve linked both URLs below for the page it is displaying on correctly and the page that it is not displaying (only displaying the shortcode).

Did you use a Shortcode Block to add that code ?

Yes, can confirm I used Shortcode Block

weird, if its a valid shortcode then WP should have no issues rendering it.
Try the following options:

a. use a GB Headline Block to add the shortcode

or

b. move the current shortcode block outside of the GB Container Block.

hi David, I tried both of these options, but nothing worked. I even tried adding a custom HTML block.

It is strange that it works completely fine on my Work With Me page but not on my Contact page.

Hi Jonny,

That’s odd. Can you try adding the Shortcode through a Hook Element to test?
