Contact Form Failing

Hi team,
I am not sure why, but I am getting reports that my Contact Form 7 is failing intermittently. I have tested over and over, but can't seem to get it to fail.
I have checked the Contact Form 7 plugin and the Recaptcha code and all seem OK.
As you will see it is a fairly lightweight website, so I cannot think what might be causing this.
I know it is unlikely, but is there anything you can see in the theme or GP Premium that might be upsetting Contact Form 7?

The theme doesn't control how contact forms submit their data.
You can test this to confirm on your site. Try disabling all plugins including GP Premium and test the form again.
