contact details and social icons

Hi
I would like to have my contact details and fb and twitter logos in top section of site. Have added text widget at moment and have email address there which is fine on desktop however looks awful on tablets and phones as the contact details show above the logo! And as mentioned I would like fb and twitter logos too.
Is there a way I can do this please? I'm not a coder!
