Construction Theme - post content cards alignement

Hello,
If it is possible I would like to align the buttons and the dates, based on the longest of the title in a row.
To be more explicit: The first title -"The Complete Guide to Construction Maintenance and How It Can Save Your Business Money" because of the length is arranged by 3 rows, but the next 2 post titles - "Construction Innovations 2 – 3D Printing on Site" and "Construction Planning Tools for All-Around Efficiency" are arranged by 2 rows (the length of the titles are shorter than the first one).
There is any chance of arranging them according to the longest title in a row?

Not with that particular layout, it would require redesigning that content template.
