Connections theme

I can install any other theme on the site I have in development but the one that I want Connections will not completely import.

what happens when you try to import it ? does it generate any errors or is stuff just not right ? can i see the site ?
it just got stuck at "Importing Content, no errors, nothing, just "wheel turning." I finally stopped it and "looks like" everything imported. But took 3 attempts (removing prior content and starting process again). I deleted the WooCommerce, didn't need it. Looks like everything is there. Link in Private Information section.
Could have been a high load on our servers, ill do some checks. As that site is quite a large import it may have got bottlenecked.
I had a quick check of the site, and it looks all good to me :)
