This is a known incompatibility with our automatic updates and Dreamhost: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/yet-another-curl-error-28-connection-timed-out-after-10001-milliseconds/page/2/#post-1496482
We've checked for blocked IPs multiple times with no luck. There is something within their firewall preventing cURL from communicating with our server.
