I’m super new to both WordPress and ConvertKit. I am using the Avery theme, and want to connect ConvertKit to the email form sections that are already created in the theme. Can anyone walk me through how to do that?

    Hi Hailey,

It would be best to reach out to ConvertKit with regards to adding their features on WordPress Pages. This would be out of our scope.

I think you can embed the ConvertKit code through an HTML Block.

If you have a page in mind in the template where you want to add their feature, let us know. You’ll need to find out first how to add it specifically. We’ll help you add it to the template afterward.

Thanks Fernando! I can embed ConvertKit’s form on my page, but it doesn’t fit with the theme- and it also has the tacky “created with ConvertKit” message right below it. I don’t want to use their form, since the Avery theme already has it built in… right now it’s connecting to Mail Chimp, but I want it to go to ConvertKit. I hope that makes sense.

The Forms added in Avery are from MailChimp, and you’ll need to manually delete those, and add the form from ConvertKit if you want to use that.

For instance, in the Homepage, you can edit the Page, and then manually delete the Shortcodes for Mailchimp.
