Confused about Content Area and Content Width

To make my website's pages uniform, I created this Page Layout as an Element and set it with "Full Width (no padding)" and Content Width "2000 px."

My Home Page and my "Local Housing Statistics" Page look fine, although my "Products" page has the headlines and list starting far on the left side of the page (not sort of centered like the other two pages).

I tried switching the Page Layout element's Content Area as "Contained (no padding)", but nothing changed - which makes me even more confused because I now no longer understand the difference between "Full Width (no padding)" and "Contained" for the Content Area.

Please advise.
