Confirm use of weak password not showing on "lost password?"-page

Hi,

when someone tries to reset their password and enter a new one, the confirm use of weak password is not showing. It blanks out the "save" button so it cannot be clicked, but there is nothing telling the user why this happens. Would it be possible to show this button? Or is there maybe some code I could add in order to remove this functionality, so that the users can freely use the save button without having to enter a super strong password?

Just wanted to let you know, as it's probably a bug :)
