Completely remove GeneratePress?

How do I completely remove GeneratePress? I deleted the GeneratePress folder in wp-content/themes and wp-content/plugins.
I'm having an issue with the page loading properly on some users IE clients. Showing a Skip to content link in navbar and some other CSS related issues.
I want to completely remove GeneratePress and reinstall it fresh. I have GeneratePress running on another page without these issues. Trying to get a site to render properly for all users.
Hi Lon,
I'm assuming this issue was fixed with the IE Edge fix you posted in the other thread?
For future reference, simply deleting the theme and re-installing should do the trick.
