Completely Disable Mobile View of Full Site

Hi, I would like to completely disable mobile view on my website if possible. I know this isn't ideal, but this is what she wants. So I would just like it to always be in full screen, even if you have to zoom. There is a plugin you have but it seems to cause some size errors and hasn't been updated. Thanks!
