Comments section not appearing on posts

Hi ,
I have enabled commnets in Discussion tab and for all the posts in quick edit section but still not able to see option for posting comments on my site.
Could you please help me on that!!

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Have disabled other plugins and can see comment section now. But I need to activate plugins for my site, so may be one by one I can activate and see which on is causing the issue.
