Comments Not Working

A user has reported that the comments box isn't working. I checked and it appears to be the case. That would explain why I get no comments.
When I put a comment in the box and hit Post Comment, the form area clears and nothing else shows up. It is just blank.
Looking for a solution, I found one that said to check the theme settings. I don't see any GP theme settings.
Hi there,
The comment system is 100% handled by WordPress core so this wouldn't be something the theme can control.
Maybe try doing the opposite of the suggestions in this article:
