I have my post page set so that it displays my post but doesn’t include comments which is fine. However when I go to create a new post the comment form doesn’t appear.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Comments system is actually handled by WordPress itself.
Can you check the settings here and just do the opposite of removing it?

StaffCustomer SupportI checked the first post “Great Places” and can see the comment form no issue:
https://www.screencast.com/t/KrNrMNohaByI see a load comment button in the second post “Friendly Daisy” and that isn’t a GP element:
https://www.screencast.com/t/4ggmGWbdgvmvHave you tried disabling that plugin? Perhaps it’s causing some issues?

I’ve deactivate it but still have problem. If you go to Project Gallery then select the post Balmy Blue you will see if doesn’t show a place for the comments to be enter even though I have it checked when I created the post.

StaffCustomer SupportWhen you go to Quick Edit screen, is the Allow Comments option checked?

Yes the allow comments option is checked but the comment form doesn’t show up. If you look at Sailing Along post under the Project Gallery you will see that comments doesn’t appear. If you look at the page name “post” you will see that the comments are turned off even though comments are allowed on the quick edit screen.

StaffCustomer SupportUnfortunately I’m not seeing anything obvious.
Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?
If that doesn’t help, does it work normally if you temporarily switch to a default twenty series WP theme?

I’ve disable all plugins except beaver builder and it still doesn’t correct the problem. I try switching to twenty series and still have the problem. The only other thing I see if I go to the tool Site Health it says my PHP version needs an update.

That tells us it’s not a theme issue.
I don’t think PHP version matters but might be worth a shot.

I’ve contacted Beaver Builder who believes it is a theme issue. I’m at a lost since I’ve spent a lot of money to both Generate Press and Beaver Builder which neither seem to be able to resolve the issue.
