Comment section does not show

I noticed that when I look at my site, the comments section does not show at the bottom of each page like I wanted it to. I don't know if that is something I did wrong or not. I have comments enabled, but it just doesn't show.

Thanks...does that mean I need to edit each page individually by using quick edit?
You can use Bulk Action to edit multiple pages.
Thanks, but I did not understand that part...did it manually and it's OK. Bulk action did not seem to give me many options....probably my fault.
