Hi I am not sure why but when I hit reply to an existing comments it makes the whole page reload. While I have tested this on vanila install does not load the whole page.

Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Let me know :)

I have done that and it is still the same.

if you try to hit reply you will some queries that are being added to the URL and on vanilla install that behaviour does not happen.

That should be normal. Just in the vanilla install here and the same thing happens:

Can you post a test comment as well and see if you see the same?

Ahh you are referring to the Reply link -sorry I misunderstood.

Can you disable all plugins on your site for me to take a look?

This is not a default <div> in GP:

Any custom functions added or have you modified the theme's core files at all?

ok all plugins are deactivated now, please check and let me know.

Can you activate the parent theme to test?

done

I am sorry but I cannot keep the parent theme active for long since it is breaking things. Did you check it?

Looks like you've switched back already.

In this case are you able to start a staging site and duplicate the current environment over so we can do some testing?

The comment system is handled by WordPress so it might be good to check WordPress support as well.

I created a staging site and updated the link for you.

Let me know if you can help now.

Thank you.

Can you try activating twenty series WP theme with all plugins disaled and see if the issue occur there?

The whole comment system is handled by WordPress itself so I suspect it's a WordPress issue
