.comment-metadata showing on top of screen

When I view a post on my site I see the following at the top of the browser
<> .comment-metadata a { display: none; }.comment-metadata .reply { color: transparent; }.comment-metadata .reply a { display: inline-block; }

This does not display on the home page or other pages, only on posts.
I tested on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Android: happens on all browsers.
