Comment form question

Hello,
The comment form is at the bottom of the website, I would like to have it above the social media- related post- and rating plugin (If you scroll down you see what I mean). Can you please tell me which PHP files I have to edit?

I'm afraid the plugins you're using are most likely being filtered in to appear directly after the content, which the comments can't do.
Unless those plugins can be hooked in after the comments instead of filtered in after the content, there's not really a solution. You can ask the plugin developers if that's possible.
